Pilot fatality; all wreckage appears to be contained on the roof.
Some free advice for journalists covering the story: don’t say anything like, “W e would never fly our news helicopter in this weather.” You don’t know that, and it adds nothing to the story.

If journalists kept their remarks only what they knew and/or what adds to the story, the average newscast would be 5 minutes long. Less for Fox and MSNBC.

“If my photographer would just join me and showing you around the scene a little bit.”
You don’t have a photographer. Photographers take single, still images. You have a videographer, or a cameraman.

If the pilot managed to autorotate a broken helicopter on that roof, he’s a goddamn hero. I can’t imagine how many people would have killed/injured if he tried to take it all the way to the ground.
